*Free Home Report offered to new customers only who instruct Countrywide North to sell their property before 30th May 2017. No cash alternative. If the property is withdrawn/ Suspended from Sale the customer must pay a final marketing fee which a specified in the agency agreement. ‘No upfront fee’ is available to new customers only and applies to the cost of the basic marketing pack only.
